If your kids dream of mermaids, shimmering tails, and tea parties, get ready… the Wands and Wishes Mermaids are making their enchanting return to the Audubon Aquarium this November! For 12 magical days only, families can step into a world “under the sea” with live mermaid sightings, underwater performances, and even a special Tea Under the Sea experience.
Mermaids at Audubon Aquarium – What to Expect
⭐ Underwater Mermaid Dives – Great Maya Reef
Watch mermaids glide gracefully through the Great Maya Reef tunnel—one of the Aquarium’s most breathtaking exhibits. Your family can snap your own “shell-fies” as they swim by!

Tea Under the Sea – A Magical Add-On Experience
Join us for an unforgettable Mermaid Tea Under the Sea at the Audubon Aquarium River Terrace, featuring Wands and Wishes Mermaids
Each 90-minute experience includes:
A delightful tea menu featuring finger sandwiches, mini scones, and petite pastries
Your choice of tea or coffee, plus two mimosas for adults or mermaid punch for kids
Meet & Greet with a Wands and Wishes Mermaid
Guests will enjoy a special meet-and-greet and receive one 6×8 photo per family to remember the day.
Make-and-Take Craft
Each child will create their own sea-themed craft as a keepsake
