With just a few lights and homemade animated scenes, word quickly spread about the unusual display for the public. The original location was at the Messenger’s home in Red Oaks, Baton Rouge and then relocated in 1992 to Plantation Estates, Denham Springs where Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Messenger III took over for the next 21 years. Now, going on 53 years, this family tradition can still be visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jeremy Messenger off Prince Charles Street, Denham Springs. With lights everywhere, homemade animated scenes, a timeline, and even the north pole, the display continues to open every Christmas season to all of the public with no charge.

  1. I’m so sorry to say that we don’t have our Christmas lights up this year but they will be back next year bigger and better. The old house on the property was demolished and we built a new one. We didn’t finish until thanksgiving and we just didn’t have enough time to put up all the lights. Please make sure you come back next year.

    Merry Christmas,
    The Clark Family

  2. There are many people who eat the fruits simply because it
taste great but there are those who could actually gains from the garcinia cambogia extract supplement too.
