This free community event is packed with family entertainment, delicious food, local shopping, and a movie under the stars – all while supporting the amazing small businesses that help make our community thrive.
Hosted in the heart of Ascension Parish, Small Town Summer Nights is designed to bring families together during the middle of summer while giving local makers, food vendors, and small businesses an opportunity to connect with the community. Admission is completely free!!

Shop Local at More Than 80 Vendors
Spend the afternoon browsing over 80 local vendors featuring handmade goods, boutique shopping, gifts, home décor, specialty items, artisan products, and more.
Come Hungry
You definitely won’t leave hungry.
A variety of local food vendors and food trucks will be serving everything from barbecue and smoked brisket to seafood, tacos, quesadillas, burgers, wings, po’boys, Cajun favorites, sweet treats, and refreshing summer snacks.

One of the biggest attractions will be the Dunk Booth benefiting Books for Boots, a volunteer-operated nonprofit dedicated to providing books, movies, and other resources to members of our military at no cost.
Take your best shot, have a few laughs, and help support a wonderful cause while you’re there.
Stay for Movie Night
Bring your lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy a FREE outdoor showing of GOAT beginning at 8:00 PM, complete with complimentary popcorn while supplies last.
It’s the perfect way to end a fun-filled summer evening with family and friends.
