Remember, choosing products with simple, clean ingredients makes a huge difference. However, on those super busy days, it’s perfectly fine to opt for some ready-to-eat options.

Quick and Healthy Meal Ideas

Shrimp Stir Fry: Quick sauté your favorite veggies in a splash of avocado oil, toss in some shrimp, and season to taste. Add a dash of sauce for an easy stir-fry.

​Spinach and Artichoke Chicken Pasta: A simple yet delicious meal. Cook your pasta, mix in the sauce and chicken, and voilà!

Turkey Wrap: Whip up a quick salad, scoop it into wraps with some turkey slices, and you have a nutritious lunch on the go.

*Note the wraps and dressing contain soy based ingredients if you have estrogen dominance you may want to avoid these products. The wraps also contain added fiber, if it causes bloating for you, swap to a traditional tortilla.
Roasted Pork with Potatoes and Broccoli: Everything goes on a sheet pan for a no-fuss dinner. Season and bake!

Breakfast on the Fly

Keep breakfast simple with proteins, veggies, and carbs. Aldi’s selection of fresh and organic fruits can be a great way to introduce healthy carbs into your morning routine.

Protein for the win!

One of the most common things we see at Arnold Nutrition Coaching is clients under eating on protein. So keep some of the quick options on hand to pair with any meal!
These are similar to the Kevin’s meals! Not as clean from an ingredient standpoint but will do the trick if you need a quick and flavorful protein to add to your meals!

Throw the tofu or sausage in a skillet meal or use turkey or chicken in wraps!

Pre-marinated meats are great to keep on hand and seafood cooks very quickly! I also keep frozen lean ground beef on hand because it cooks quickly.

Veggies

Aldi’s has a great selection of flavorful vegetables you can quickly whip up to add as a side dish to any meal! This will help you incorporate more nutrients and fiber to your meal to help keep you full!

Carbs

Fresh fruit is one of my favorite carb sources. Aldi’s has a variety of fresh and organic options so choose your favorite fresh fruits to also fill in this block!

Sauces are one of my favorite ways to add flavor to a dish! Aldi’s has a ton but here are a few you may want to check out!

Snacks and Treats

Don’t forget to stock up on healthy snacks and treats. Aldi’s has a great selection that won’t break the bank!
