Baton Rouge Corn Maze & Night Maze at Burden
Fall is quickly approaching, and for the first time, LSU Ag Center is celebrating with Harvest Days, Corn Maze, and Night Maze!! Presale tickets to this year’s Baton Rouge Corn Maze at Burden are already on sale! So get ready for some Family Fall Fun as they open their fields and crank up the tractors to usher in the Fall season with some safe crazy mazy outdoor fun!
Boo at the Zoo – BREC’s Baton Rouge Zoo
Calling all ghosts, goblins, little ghouls, and boys!! On October 19 + 20 + 26 + 27, BREC’s Baton Rouge Zoo is thrilled to host its most popular family event of the year – Boo at the Zoo! There will be traditional fall-themed photo opportunities & they’ll be providing fun and festive enrichments to their animal friends during the day.
Magnolia Mound Pumpkin Patch
! Sprouting up this weekend—don’t miss out on fall fun for the whole family! You don’t have to go far this fall to find your special pumpkin! Mark your calendars for October 6th to bring the whole family to attend the Magnolia Mound Pumpkin Patch! With the help of the East Baton Rouge Master Gardeners, these pumpkins will be just ripe for the picking! After a stroll through the patch, stick around to take a tour of the historic home and enjoy the festivities.
Swamp Haunted Hikes – BREC’s Bluebonnet Swamp Nature Center
Bluebonnet Swamp’s Haunted Hikes are designed especially for children, but all ages enjoy the spooktacular excitement of these Halloween-themed evenings. Event admission is through the education building where crafts and storytelling are just around the corner. Venture outside to find a way through the Haunted Maze to get to the carnival games for more fun and prizes.
