Children’s Art Workshop – West Baton Rouge Museum

Details: West Baton Rouge Museum is now pleased to offer two monthly creative children’s workshops, one designed for ages 4 – 6 from 10:30 – 11:30 AM, immediately followed by another class for 7 – 12-year-old students from 12 – 1 PM on the fourth Saturday of the month. The themes for the July classes celebrate summer with a cool and refreshing twist! Early learners will create felt popsicle sleeves that they can actually use to hold their popsicles while eating them and decorate paper popsicles with an array of colorful supplies. Older learners will hand sew their own watermelon softie pillows which will make for great accessories for summer naps, sleep overs, and relaxing on the beach!
