Picture a club bursting with Halloween enthusiasts; you’ve got a pretty good idea of what this group is all about. But there’s more to it than meets the eye – they’re the folks responsible for some of the most thrilling Halloween-themed events you’ll ever experience!
A Year-Round Halloween Extravaganza!

At 10/31 Consortium, Halloween isn’t just a holiday; it’s a way of life! They brew up a cauldron of spooktacular events throughout the year, all leading to the grand finale. And what’s that, you ask? Well, it’s a trio of unforgettable celebrations!
Fifolet Halloween Festival

The Fifolet Arts Market is your one-stop shop for any and all things Halloween! Artists, crafters, and makers will set up tents alongside local non-profit organizations showcasing their creative community efforts. Live music, entertainment, costumed characters, and activities for kids throughout the day with food vendors and a beer tent make this the perfect place to hang out with family while waiting for the Halloween Parade to begin. This event is FREE to attend and the first 100 children will receive a Halloween book compliments of 10/31 Consortium!

Baton Rouge Halloween Parade

Get ready for the Spooktacular Baton Rouge Halloween Parade that marches through the heart of Baton Rouge, showcasing community participants, businesses, and dance troops. Krewes and local businesses or community organizations will showcase floats and costumes and throw candy to a crowd of over 35,000. Please dress in costume and bring non-perishable food donations for the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank which will lead the parade.
Fifolet 5k

Run or walk in costume on the Mississippi River Levee with the Fifolet 5k! This out-and-back route on the levee provides a great river view for your morning costume run. Each 5k runner will receive this beautiful and sparkled blue flame sun-catcher medal!

- 1 Mile Fun Run – Run or walk a mile in costume. Perfect for kids! Each runner receives a ribbon.
- Fifolet 5k – Run or walk a 5k in costume. Perfect for friends! Each runner receives a finisher medal.
- Pumpkin 5k – Run or walk a 5k in costume while carrying a pumpkin. Perfect for athletes! Each runner receives a finisher medal.
