The Raising Cane’s River Center will once again magically transform into a “Winter Wonderland” just in time to create some new holiday memories. Ice Skating on the River is an annual Baton Rouge holiday tradition that will kick off on Monday, December 18, 2023.
Sessions are for 75 minutes beginning at the time selected. You can join a session in progress but the sessions will end at 75 minutes so that the ice can be resurfaced for the next session. Skates are included in the price of your ticket. If you have your own skates you are welcome to use them but there is no discount on the price.
If you’re gearing up for some ice-skating fun at the River Center, here are a few things you need to know:
1️⃣ All skaters will need a ticket, but guess what? Spectators can cheer you on for free!
2️⃣ Heads up: The venue is cashless, so make sure you’ve got your trusty credit or debit card for all transactions.
3️⃣ Friendly reminder: The River Center is a clear bag zone. That means any bags that aren’t clear need to stay in your car. And just so you know, lockers aren’t available, so plan accordingly for your personal items.
4️⃣ Safety first! Keep an eye on your belongings because the Raising Cane’s River Center can’t be responsible for lost or stolen items.
